The main things to remember is to have someone hold you accountable for your Goal setting and actually working with you to ensure that your Goals meat the above criteria.
Goal setting is an extremely powerful addition to you skill sets. The ability to set real Goals and then have the support of a Business Coach or Personal Coach to achieve them is underrated generally. However, look at the great achievers and somewhere you will find either in the foreground or background a Coach or someone with these skills such as their wife, mother or a professional manager or Coach.
